Minimum stay of 3 nights on weekends where there is a statutory holiday, during the Holidays (1 or 2 nights possible if between 2 reservations).<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation 30 days in advance, fixed fee of 10%<br \/>\nCancellation 15 to 30 days in advance, 75% refund.<br \/>\nCancellation less than 15 days, no refund.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">No refund due to covid, illness or weather<\/span><\/pre>\n<p>You are responsible for your stay, the name on the reservation must be the person who will be present.\u00a0No possibility to transfer the stay, thank you.<\/p>\n<p>Arrival from 3 p.m. only, before 9 pm, departure before 11 a.m. <span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The arrival is autonomous. <\/span>You will receive an email message from perto 7 days before your arrival with the complete list of what is included what bring, activities, wood\/ice and all informations for your stay. We are not far away if needed, reachable at all times by phone, text message.<\/p>\n<p>Access only on foot or bicycle to the cabins. Sleigh or cart available free of charge. Luggage transport service $25 + tx *Must be reserved in advance<\/p>\n<pre id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">VISITORS during your stay: fee of $10 +tx per person<\/span><\/pre>\n<p>Non-smoking cabins, 200$ will be taken from your credit card if it smells of cigarettes inside. Out of respect for the environment please pick up your cigarette butts, nature thanks you.<\/p>\n<p>A security deposit of $200 can be taken from your credit card. We check the premises when you leave, the dishes must be clean, the cabin too, thank you.<\/p>\n<p>Only the BL\u00d6K a du Piquant and the 3 L\u00dcV cabins welcome dogs. A security deposit of $100 can be taken from your credit card if your animal has caused damage. Dogs must be on a leash at all times on site.
